Frequently Asked Questions

  • I teach mindful, slow-flow vinyasa yoga with a strong emphasis on breath, awareness and alignment. My sessions are tailored to your needs or goals and can include strength-building, mobility, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to support physical and energetic balance. I incorporate both vinyasa and restorative yoga in my sessions.

  • Sound healing uses therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls and chimes to promote deep relaxation. The vibrations and sounds help to calm the nervous system, release tension, improve mood, and support better sleep.

  • My teaching meets you exactly where you are - whether you’re completely new to yoga, or practice regularly. You do not need to be flexible at all, and flexibility is not always the goal. Modifications, props and guidance are always offered to support your body and needs.

  • Private yoga sessions allow for a personalised experience tailored to your body, goals and energy level. Whether you’re managing stress, building strength, recovering from an injury or seeking deeper mindfulness, 1:1 yoga offers focused support and faster progress. I also offer hands-on adjustments and verbal adjustments to help you improve your understanding of the yoga poses (asanas).

  • I offer private yoga & sound healing sessions in London Zones 1 & 2 - either at your home (or outdoors if the weather permits), or online.

  • My 1:1 yoga & sound healing sessions are designed with busy professionals living in London in mind. Whether you’re a beginner or coming back to yoga after some time, our sessions will help you to build strength, increase mobility, and most importantly reconnect with yourself.

  • During a yoga session with me, we’ll start with a guided meditation or breathwork (pranayama), followed by a warm-up to get the body ready for our flow. We’ll then move through flows that focus on different parts of the body, followed by a cool down. We’ll then end our session with our relaxation, or savasana. During this time we can incorporate sound or guided meditation to help you relax.

  • Absolutely. Yoga & sound sessions are designed to help busy professionals regulate their nervous system, to help you slow down, reconnect and cultivate resilience - physically, mentally and energetically.

  • You can expect a safe, comfortable and totally relaxing environment, where you lie on comfortable pillows or mats and close your eyes. Sessions include guided meditation focused on bringing awareness into the body and reducing any tension you’re holding. Sound healing instruments will be used to allow the body and mind to completely relax, allowing you to drift off - and yes, some clients even fall asleep! This is totally normal.

  • You can book a session with me by getting in touch using the contact form on my website, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
