Move, Breathe, Restore.
Nurturing mindful movement that meets you exactly where you are. I facilitate yoga, meditation and sound healing in that invites busy people to slow down, move with intention, and cultivate strength and ease - physically, mentally and energetically.
About me
I’m Lydia - a qualified yoga teacher based in London. I facilitate yoga, sound baths and meditation both in-person, and online.
I have been practicing yoga for nearly a decade, and I completed my teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India. I am also a qualified sound healer & sound bath facilitator, and trainee psychotherapeutic counsellor.
My approach to teaching and wellness is inclusive and accessible - all levels and abilities are welcome. I respect the ancient roots of yoga as a spiritual path, not just a workout. I am an advocate for the mind-body connection we create through yoga, sound healing and meditation, and person-centered therapy.
I am a Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teacher (RYT-200).

What I Offer
1:1 Yoga Sessions
I offer 60-minute private sessions, tailored to your experience level and goals. I primarily teach intentional, slow but powerful vinyasa, and my private sessions incorporate pranayama (breathwork) and grounding meditation. During our sessions I’ll provide hands on adjustments and feedback to help you with your goals.
Sound & Meditation
I offer 60-minute sound bath sessions, designed to restore balance, calm the nervous system and provide energetic clarity. Using therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls and chimes, each session gently guides you into a meditative, relaxed state.
Group Sessions
I offer corporate and event group sessions in London by request, for both yoga and sound baths. Perhaps you’re looking to enhance your wellness initiatives, or you’re planning a baby shower or birthday.
